Toronto Island Flooded
SUP Weather At Its Best
I started in Etobicoke at sunrise this morning and paddled 42km around Toronto island, Cherry beach, and Tommy Thompson Park to the Beaches and back. I enjoyed my two little portages which allowed for my trip to be an interesting loop rather than just a return. SUPing through the Island was very beautiful and peaceful. There were hardly any people there as it has been closed to public due to major flooding. The views, the reflections in the water, and the puffy cumulus clouds above my head were calmly soothing my soul for most of my day.
